We've seen lots of different wildlife, especially lots of birds on the trail-- I've even seen a few deer. So when we looked up on the trail and saw a HUGE bird flying above us, we were excited. "What is it? An eagle? Hawk?... or... a turkey?"
Oh, wait. How neat, it's a vulture... Steve said apparently we weren't walking fast enough, and it had come to wait for us to die. -Amy

Did you really see this vulture? Spooky! I wouldn't want to talk a walk in those woods alone.
well, it wasn't THAT vulture. That vulture is a picture from google, but the one we saw was still creepy. It was just really far away up in a tall tree.... we tried to take a picture of it, but the sun was behind it just making everything look like black silhouettes.
